The Multi Blanking lines - LCTL Esquadros® developed by Esquadros is a revolutionary, exclusive and innovative solution for processing metal coils.

It allows all cutting operations to be carried out simultaneously on a single machine, producing parts with finished width and length measurements - with dimensional and geometric precision - which eliminates shear cutting. It is capable of cutting sheets, multiple blanks, recoiling, even processing multiple blanks with partial recoiling at the same time.

The Esquadros 1600.6-3E Multi Blanking line consists of a Decoiler, Straightener with counter-support rollers, Rotary Shears, Hydraulic Guillotine, Passing Table, Tensioner, Recoiler and Central Control Panel. Can process thicknesses from 0.45 mm to 6.35 mm on the cut-to-length side, 0.45 mm to 3.20 mm on the slitting side, a width of 1600 mm, a speed of 25-60 m/min and a capacity of up to 15 tons.
