TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Slit coil tilter. Articulated movement with a 90° turning angle which makes it possible to support the coil vertically and position it horizontally.

Geared motor drive and chain transmission. Robust "V" saddle made of electro-welded steel, fixed to the frame of the tilter to support the coil when in a vertical position.

All the tilting table's operating functions are controlled from the control panel. The machine is epoxy painted in standard ral 7035 grey and 5Y8/12 yellow.

ESQUADROS® NR12 KIT

Safety relay to comply with the Safe Torque Off (STO) requirement.

Guard rails for perimeter protection and line safety. Made from electro-welded steel mesh in the BELGO PROTEC standard, 2.5 x 20 cm mesh (depending on the distance from the risk area). Standard height of 2,100 mm. Posts in yellow RAL R1023 and screens in black RAL R9004.

Light tower for visual indication of operating status. Start-up and shut-down preceded by an audible alarm signal. Complete machine documentation includes installation, operation and maintenance manuals, circuit diagram, parts list and more.
