DECOILER

Standard Manual Decoiler

OPTIONALS

GEAREDMOTOR AND PANEL

Gearmotor for electric drive of the decoiler and control panel with forward and reverse buttons, emergency button and pilot lamp. It has inputs and outputs to receive stop signals.

SPEED CONTROL

Electronic speed control of the decoiler. The frequency inverter with special software for loop monitoring varies the decoiling speed and eliminates the automatic motor drive that can occur in the process cycle.

HYDRAULIC MANDREL EXPANSION

Hydraulic unit for driving the expansion of the decoiler mandrel, through a hydraulic cylinder.

HYDRAULIC PEELER

Peeler attached to the decoiler frame, consisting of a robust structure, hydraulically driven pressing arm and roller with anti-setback function. It can press the tip of the sheet at the beginning of the operation.

MOTORIZATION OF THE PEELER ROLLER

Motorization of the pressing arm roller (peller), facilitates the process of introducing the sheet at the beginning of the operation.

LOADING TROLLEY FOR DECOILER

With hydraulic lifting and motorized transaction, it makes the operation of placing and changing the coil a safer and more agile process.

Conformation stages: 16 units.

Built with high technology, the Conformation Workbench of the TR25x1020 roof tile rollforming machine line has a robust structure, built in welded steel, with devices for fixing and leveling. Rolling bearings, CNC machined, with height adjustment system. Shaft set made of SAE 1045 steel, CNC machined. Spacer bushings for tooling centralization. Table with adjustable side guides for sheet entry into the bench. Rolled sheet backrest. Adjustment by cranks.

Drive by SEW gearedmotor of high performance and low backlash rigidly coupled directly to the forming shaft. It has an external encoder that monitors possible slippage of the sheet and ensures the accuracy of the steps. Electronic drive control.

OPTIONALS

ENTRANCE TABLE

Entrance table, supported by wheels and articulated movement by hydraulic cylinder, facilitates the process of introducing the sheet on the bench at the beginning of the operation, reducing the intervention of the operator in the handling of the sheet in the risk area.

EDGE TRIMMER

Set of rotating circular knives to trim the edge of the sheet, allowing the production of thermo-acoustic tiles (sandwich tiles)

REFILL ROLLER

For the recoiling of the trimmed refill by the edge trimmer, it guarantees a clean and dense recoiling, driven by high performance gearmotors, with electronic torque control and regulation.

CYLINDRICAL TOOLING

Cylindrical Conformation Tooling

Tooling made of special steel, CNC machined, for the manufacture of metal tiles with a trapezoidal profile of 25x1020 mm.

It includes hard chrome coating through electroplating, increasing the following characteristics: increased service life, wear resistance; corrosion resistance; high surface hardness (approximately 70 HRC); low coefficient of friction. Especially recommended for processing materials with sensitive surfaces.

Protection grids for perimeter protection and line safety. Built with electro-welded steel screens in the BELGO PROTEC standard, with a transfer key system, consisting of a switch block on the central control panel and a coded safety key - with double key - on the access gate that prevents access to the risk zone with the machine running and prevents the machine from starting with operators present in blind areas of the line.
