DECOILER
The decoiler features a robust welded steel structure. The mandrel consists of three blades that ensure perfect coil fixation. Equipped with bearing housings. By turning a single nut on the main shaft, the mandrel expands its diameter and adjusts to the internal diameter of the coil, ensuring centralized fixation. The machine is painted with epoxy in standard gray RAL 7035 and yellow 5Y8/12.

FORMING BENCH
Robust structure, constructed with welded steel plates, featuring devices for fixation and leveling. It includes height adjustment for the upper bearing housings. The height of the upper shaft is adjusted via a torque wrench on shafts coupled to the upper shaft's bearing housing at each forming stage. CNC-machined steel bearing housings with bearings. Driven by a high-efficiency, low-backlash geared motor controlled by a frequency inverter. Synchronized transmission across all forming stages via chains.
CYLINDRICAL FORMING TOOLING
Rolls made of SAE 4140 alloy steel and heat-treated, machined on CNC for manufacturing "C" profiles 38X38X8 and 38X19X8 with grooves. Dimensional and geometric profile tolerances according to Esquadros standards.

The forming tooling will be manufactured considering a clearance of one thickness (1.20 mm). Other thicknesses can be produced by vertically adjusting the castles' height, with potential variations in the internal radius between profiles of different thicknesses.
MOTORIZED GUILLOTINE
Integrated guillotine. Built with machined, ground, and bolted steel plates, forming a precise and rigid structure. Includes cutting tools made of VD2 steel.

All the main operational functions of the line are controlled through the latest generation, color touch-screen HMI (human-machine interface). The options on each screen make operation extremely simple. In the panel, parameters such as speed, length, recipe registration, and more can be easily configured or monitored.

Stamping bench composed of robust bases built from steel, machined and ground. Drive powered by a high-performance geared motor with safe stop (STO – safe torque off), speed of 100 strokes per minute. Tooling for oblong die 10 x 13 mm.
