The “Stamping Bench Prior” module (stamping before forming) is designed for cutting parts according to the client's specific designs. The stamping cycles are calculated for each part model, and the settings are saved in the HMI to allow for an easy start of operation at any time. The entire automation system operates in a closed loop, including the flying cut system, representing a very high level of embedded technology in the automation of this machine.

The cutting system does not generate chips/scrap, which eliminates raw material waste and ensures total quality in the final product. The machine eliminates various processes necessary for manufacturing parts (cutting, punching, bending, etc.). Additionally, it allows the use of steel from coils, reducing raw material costs and exponentially increasing productivity.
