FAST MOTORIZED GUILLOTINE UP TO 100 GPM

Integrated guillotine. Made from machined, rectified and bolted steel plates, creating a precise and rigid structure. It includes 02 (two) blades made of special VD2 steel, heat-treated and rectified, with low dimensional and geometric tolerances, which guarantee precision in the cutting of the strips. Knife profile cut by wire electroerosion, with two useful cutting edges.

CONFORMATION BENCH

Robust structure, made of welded steel, with clamping and leveling devices. CNC-machined rolling bearings with height adjustment system. Set of shafts made from SAE 1045 steel, CNC machined. Spacer bushes to centralize the tooling. Table with adjustable side guides for inserting the plate into the workbench. Roller plate backrest. Handwheel adjustment.

REFILO WINDER

ROTARY KNIVES FOR SIDE CUTTING

Equipment for trimming 01 (one) sheet edge. Constructed with a rigid and precise CNC-machined structure, with roller bearings to receive the knife shafts. Pair of rotating circular knives for trimming sheet metal edges. Knives made from special D2 steel, with high toughness and excellent ductility, vacuum hardened and tempered, rectified, lapped and polished to ensure precision and low dimensional tolerance in the cuts. Resistant to abrasion. Manual adjustment of the rotating knives.

ROLLED ENTRY GUIDES

The entry guides are made up of roller guides. There is minimal friction with the sheet metal, which guarantees a smooth entry without damaging the raw material, and eliminates the entry of sheet metal scale into the machine from friction between sheet metal and guides, which can damage the surface of the ceiling panels and encrust the forming tooling.

SLIDING COUNTER-SUPPORT

The mancalized decoiler has a rolled sliding counter-support system, which facilitates and speeds up the operation of introducing the coil, an innovative and exclusive solution from Esquadros, with a patent applied for. (PRO and Premium Line).

SYNCHRONIZED EXPANSION

SYNCHRONIZED ENTRY GUIDES

The synchronized guides guarantee parallelism in the sheet input, so that the first tiles can already be produced with quality, eliminating the loss of raw materials and reducing the dependence of the operator on the process. In addition, the handwheels are only on one side of the operation, eliminating the need for the operator to go around the machine to adjust the sheet entry guides. Easier and faster setup.

KIT NR12 ESQUADROS®

Safety relay to meet the Safe Torque Off (STO) requirement.

Isolation grids for closure and safety throughout the risk zone. Electro-welded steel screens, Ø2.7 mm gauge wire, with 35x35 mm spacing. Epoxy paint in standard safety color 5Y8/12.

Transfer key system, consisting of a switch block on the central control panel and a coded safety key - with double key - on the access gate that prevents access to the danger zone while the machine is running and prevents the machine from starting up with operators in blind areas of the line.
