To assist in the activities of organization, planning and orientation of the use of the financial, physical, technological and human resources of the company, also seeking solutions for all types of administrative problems.

Activities:

  • Elaborate, analyze, monitor and periodically present financial reports (The Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and others such as Point of Balance Analysis, Cost Centers etc;
  • Monitoring bills to pay / to recieve and information crossing with cost centers;
  • To assist in the development of OSM activities (organization, system and methods): elaboration of forms, procedures, charts, spreadsheets, organizational charts, flowcharts and other organizational instruments;
  • To assist in the preparation for the implementation of quality tools ISO;
  • Interaction with the cost calculation of products in stock (inventory);
  • To Assist in the execution of administrative activities;
  • Assistance in the process of answering telephone calls;
  • Prepare, organize, analyze and archive documents;

To assist in the accounting functions, aiming to elaborate financial statements by studying the elements that compose the company’s monetary assets. Dealing with all financial, economic and patrimonial areas of the company.

Activities:

  • Elaborate, analyze, monitor and periodically present financial reports (The Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and others such as Point of Balance Analysis, Cost Centers etc;
  • To assist in the execution of accounting routines, launches, daily movements (cash / accounting) etc;
  • Checking of fiscal notes;
  • Conference of the movement of cash and banks; closing of the banking movement and conference of balances;
  • Conference of expenses and classification of them;
  • Monitoring of bills to pay/ to receive and information crossing with cost centers;
  • Release and collection of debit notes;
  • To assist in the conciliation and classification of accounts and accounting documents;
  • Generate federal tax guides; ICMS calculation; others;
  • Assist in the tasks related to HR;

Assist in the planning, design and production management of the company, aiming to optimize the use of productive resources and decrease the production costs of goods and services. Assist in the interaction and articulation among the areas of administration, engineering, logistics and production, as well as in all activities described below.

Activities:

  • Analyze forecasts and sales orders, plan and elaborate the production plan (schedule);
  • To identify the needs of raw materials and consumables;
  • Identify all check-lists, based on the BOM (bill of materials) of each machine made available by the engineering;
  • To request the purchase of raw materials and assist in all routines of the purchasing department;
  • Elaborate, check and monitor the execution of production orders in all its stages;
  • To supply all workstations / assemblies with their respective parts immediately upon receipt, and anticipate faults and / or obstructions;
  • Determine the cost of production through the structure of the products according to the Bill of Materials (BOM);
  • To assist in the checking and control of stock balances; survey and valuation of the monthly inventory;
  • To manage performance indicators;
  • To assist in the incorporation of concepts and techniques for quality management in the productive process in the technological and organizational aspects; Assist in the design, implementation and improvement of systems, products, services and processes;
  • Check and carry out the launches in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system of the module “Production Planning and Control”;
  • To follow and / or execute the dispatch of finished products, parts sales, technical assistance logistics and / or returns, in order to ensure the compliance of deadlines and conditions established for delivery;

To assist in the development and implementation of Marketing actions, including advertising and promotional campaigns, aiming to design the company’s image and increasing sales.

Activities:

  • To assist in the preparation of direct mail campaigns, preparing the mailing list, preparing the writing of the material to be disclosed;
  • Previous selection of the photos in the available database and preparation of the photos for creation;
  • To shoot, to capture and to edit videos of products for commercial purposes;
  • To create catalogs and technical product brochures, magazine ads, promotional material for fairs and events, reports for placement in the specialized press, etc;
  • Interact with the creation supplier, when applicable, as well as with the communication vehicles, to send and receive documents and information;
  • To interact with the website provider for corrections, revisions and improvements of the company´s web page, keeping it updated;
  • To manage company channels in social networks, keeping them updated;
  • To follow up the results of the company’s marketing actions on the Internet and periodically present reports with analysis and suggestions;
  • To interact with organizers of fairs and events, providing the information needed to meet the schedules;
  • To interact with event planners that involve the spreading of the company’s name;
  • To participate in sales meetings, analyzing and discussing sales results, providing guidance and suggestions to improve sales;

Assist in the administration of the computer network and support the users in the aspects of hardware and software so that the users always have equipments in perfect conditions of use. To improve company’s procedures related to IT and Computing.

Activities:

  • To support the users of the computer network, including the preparation and configuration of equipments and in the use of available hardware and software;
  • To subsidize the users with information pertinent to equipments and teleinformatic network;
  • To train the users in the available applications, giving support in troubleshooting;
  • Assembly of equipment and implementation of systems used by workstations and training of the users;
  • To contact vendors to troubleshoot applications and purchased products, in order to reestablish the normality of the services;
  • To develop small programs to facilitate the user-support interface;
  • To effectuate the maintenance and conservation of equipments;
  • To effectuate back-ups and other security procedures for stored data;
  • To create and implement security procedures, restriction of access and use of the network, such as users, passwords etc;
